PRODUCTIVITY NOTEBOOKS FOR CLEAR THINKING

A productivity notebook is not about tasks.

It’s about reducing mental fragmentation.

Most people don’t fail because they forget things; they fail because everything feels equally important in their head.

A good notebook:

  • Separates thinking from doing
  • Forces prioritisation
  • Reduces cognitive overload

Avoid overly complex “system notebooks”. They usually add more thinking, not less.
